We are excited to kick off our inaugural Yancey CX month during October. Yancey CX month is designed to bring about a heightened CX awareness to Yancey employees, drive home the importance of a customer first culture, and celebrate our CX wins and success stories.
Nominate yourself or a fellow employee for doing something great for a customer (internal or external) and include a picture if you can! It can be as simple as walking out to help a customer put something in his truck to spending extra time on the phone to make sure the customer’s issue is resolved to jumping up to open the door for someone who has their hands full. No matter how big or how small the effort is we want to hear about it!
