Customer Experience Month

      We are excited to kick off our inaugural Yancey CX month during October.  Yancey CX month is designed to bring about a heightened CX awareness to Yancey employees, drive home the importance of a customer first culture, and celebrate our CX wins and success stories.

JOIN IN ON THE FUN!

Nominate yourself or a fellow employee for doing something great for a customer (internal or external) and include a picture if you can!  It can be as simple as walking out to help a customer put something in his truck to spending extra time on the phone to make sure the customer’s issue is resolved to jumping up to open the door for someone who has their hands full.  No matter how big or how small the effort is we want to hear about it!

           

rules:

  • One entry per person per day, but you can enter multiple times during the month
  • Entries must include first and last name, location and job title 
  • Employees can nominate themselves or a fellow Yancey employee
  • Nominations can be made any day of the week including Saturdays & Sundays
  • With entry submissions, employees consent to have their story and or picture submissions shared on the Yancey LinkedIn and Facebook pages.

PRIZES:

  • Each entry will receive a key chain for participating
  • Each entry will be entered into a daily drawing for an "I Love Customers" tumbler
  • Each entry will be entered into a random grand prize drawing for a $250 Visa Gift Card
  • Grand Prize winner will be announced on November 1, 2019
  • If you nominate someone, both you and the employee nominated will be entered into the daily drawing and eligible for the prizes awarded. Additionally, you will both be entered into the Grand Prize drawing, but only one winner will be selected.
